Section 424. Dishonest or fraudulent removal or concealment of property

This section provides that whoever dishonestly or fraudulently conceals or removes any property, or any interest therein, intending thereby to prevent, or knowing it to be likely that he will thereby prevent, the taking of such property in execution of a decree or order which has been made, or which he knows to be about to be made, by a Court of Justice in any suit or proceeding, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
