Section 262. Using Government stamp known to have been before used

This section specifies that whoever fraudulently or with intent to cause loss to the Government, or to any person, uses for any purpose any stamp which they know to have been previously used, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
