Section 263A. Prohibition of fictitious stamps

This section specifies that whoever makes, knowingly utters, deals in, or sells any fictitious stamp, or knowingly uses for any postal purpose any fictitious stamp, or has in their possession any fictitious stamp, knowing the same to be fictitious, or makes, or, without lawful excuse, has in their possession any die, plate, instrument or material for making any fictitious stamp, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.
